Cow Parsnip
Cow Parsnip (Heracleum), a robust member of the Apiaceae growing in boggy places. Heavily chemically defended, it is sometimes used anyway as a host by the Anise Swallowtail, and small short-tongued butterflies nectar at its flowers.
